Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within India.

Where do you ship from?

We ship products from various warehouses to ensure quick and reliable delivery across India.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • UPI payments
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. However, delivery times can vary—some orders may arrive sooner, while high demand or unforeseen delays could extend the delivery time beyond the usual window. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of shipping, please contact us. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Since we only ship within India, you won’t have to worry about customs or import duties. However, local taxes (like GST) are included in the product price.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
